When they are ready, minced meat is added to them and it is good to break it with wire to make crumbs. When the minced meat is well fried, add the rice, a little water and spices. Allow to simmer until the liquid disappears. During this time, the sauerkraut is divided into leaves. When the rice is swollen, add the tomato juice and chopped parsley to the mixture. Remove the mixture from the heat. Put a few cabbage leaves on the bottom of a deep saucepan. Using a teaspoon, put a little stuffing in each leaf, wrap well and arrange in the pot. Shopska salata

The fresh and colorful Shopska salad is considered one of the culinary emblems of Bulgaria. You may be interested to know that our grandparents never ate a salad with brandy. Salad enters our menu much later - in the XX century. And the Shopska salad is imposed by the famous tour operator "Balkantourist" in the 60's. However, it quickly left the country, was welcomed by foreign guests and became a real phenomenon. Literally - in the trademark of the native establishments. Shopska salad is also the first thing that foreigners order when they sit down to eat by the sea or in the mountains.
What is the good Bulgarian Shopska salad made of? From delicious, well-ripened, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted or raw peppers, cucumbers and onions. Season with oil, and in more modern and healthy times - with oil, cover with grated cheese and garnish with parsley. Thus, the salad is closer in color to the native tricolor, which once again confirms its importance for cooking.
It is difficult to say why the Shopska salad was named. There is no official information about this. There are only assumptions that the white grated cheese is reminiscent of white folk costumes from the Shopska region… Not that this is particularly important, it is more important to be able to prepare it. This is probably the first salad that every novice cook
learns. If you have not yet mastered the cutting of tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and onions, here is the recipe. Now you are on the move. Cheers and good appetite!

Snejanka

Russian salad and Snezhanka salad are not only the most popular and classic holiday salads,
Russian salad and Snezhanka salad form the perfect addition to any New Year's menu.
Russian salad is a variation of the recipe for French salad Olivier, and Snow White salad is one of the creations of Balkantourist,
which remain as favorite dishes over the years.
There is a dispute among chefs: Snow White salad with pickles or Snow White salad with fresh cucumbers. Both versions of the favorite salad have their fans and two versions are very tasty,
but the classic Snow White salad is prepared with pickles.

Ovcharska Salata

Rich and filling, the traditional shepherd's salad is also among the dishes in which "Balkantourist" has a hand. Its
original is much simpler. It is prepared as a bouquet of salad, but instead of cheese, a kind of topping is made from
chopped veiled egg and dried meat - pastrami, fillet or ham. The egg and meat are boiled together, and some of the
acidified water is used to give the liquid element to the sauce.

Greece Salat

Title Traditional Greek salad ALLOWED TEMPTATIONS SMALL SALADS Traditional Greek salad During my recent visit to Greece, I had the pleasure of trying their traditional salad, which was offered
in every restaurant. In terms of products and preparation, it is very similar to our Shopska salad and that's
probably why I liked it so much.
Greek cuisine is rich in eggplant, olives, cheese, olive oil and oregano. I tried many of their classic dishes that I fell in love with, and I definitely plan to try cooking.
Today in the section "Delicious temptations" I want to present you this delicious and fragrant salad to pamper your senses.

Tarator

On days when thermometers show nearly 40 degrees, everyone is looking for a
way to escape the heat. Of course, the best solution to the problem is to dive into the sea,
but unfortunately not everyone has the opportunity to do so. A cold drink or soup brings back the desire to
live in such moments. The Spaniards have gazpacho, and we have a tarator. Contrary to popular belief, tarator
is not a unique Bulgarian "invention", but rather a Balkan one, but this does not prevent it from being the
favorite cold soup of every Bulgarian. Tarator in a bowl, tarator in a glass, and even tarator in a bottle, is
there a tarator in summer? Escape from the heat - eat a tarator! ;) And here is the most complete recipe for a
classic tarator!

Desserts have long been revered. Although a few decades ago people did not have such a wide choice, they did not
miss the opportunity to prepare a delicious homemade dessert that the whole family will enjoy.
Unlike before, today the market offers all sorts of delicacies, among which it is not even difficult to choose.
We have the privilege of eating vegan, organic, gluten-free and all sorts of other sweets. In the past,
our mothers and grandmothers honored several desserts, which I will share with you today. Making them was
complicated and time consuming, as they made a mistake on the hand and cut with a knife.Everything happened much
more slowly, but in the end the taste was incomparable and it is difficult to describe it
today in simple words. Here are the most delicious old Bulgarian desserts that will last forever: Peaches Who
hasn't eaten peaches as a child? The marmalade that sticks the two halves completes the candied balls,
resembling your favorite fruit.

Football

Football is a family of team sports that involve, to varying degrees, kicking a ball to score a goal. Unqualified, the word football
normally means the form of football that is the most popular where the
word is used. Sports commonly called football include association
football (known as soccer in North America and Oceania); gridiron football (specifically American football or Canadian football);
Australian rules football; rugby union and rugby league; and Gaelic football. These various forms of football share to varying extent
common origins and are known as football codes.
There are a number of references to traditional, ancient, or prehistoric
ball games played in many different parts of the world.
Contemporary codes of football can be traced back to the codification of these games at English public schools during the 19th century.
The expansion and cultural influence of the British Empire allowed these rules of football to spread to areas of British influence outside
the directly controlled Empire. By the end of the 19th century, distinct
regional codes were already developing: Gaelic football,
for example, deliberately incorporated the rules of local traditional football games in order to maintain their heritage. In 1888,
The Football League was founded in England, becoming the first of many professional football associations. During the 20th century,
several of the various kinds of football grew to become some of the most popular team sports in the world.

Basketball

Basketball is a team sport in which two teams, most commonly of five players each, opposing one another on a rectangular court,
compete with the primary objective of shooting a basketball (approximately 9.4 inches (24 cm) in diameter)
through the defender's hoop (a basket 18 inches (46 cm) in diameter mounted 10 feet (3.048 m) high to a backboard at each end of the court)
while preventing the opposing team from shooting through their own hoop. A field goal is worth two points, unless made from behind the three-point
line, when it is worth three. After a foul, timed play stops and the player fouled or designated
to shoot a technical foul is given one, two or three one-point free throws. The team with the most points at
the end of the game wins, but if regulation play expires with the score tied, an additional period of play (overtime) is mandated.
Players advance the ball by bouncing it while walking or running (dribbling) or by passing it to a teammate, both of which require
skill. On offense, players may use a variety of shots – the layup, the jump shot, or a dunk; on defense, they may steal the ball
from a dribbler, intercept passes, or block shots; either offense or defense may collect a rebound, that is, a missed shot that bounces
from rim or backboard. It is a violation to lift or drag one's pivot foot without dribbling the ball, to carry it, or to hold the ball with both hands
then resume dribbling.

Tennis

Tennis is a racket sport that can be played individually against a single opponent (singles) or between two
teams of two players each (doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to
strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court. The object
of the game is to manoeuvre the ball in such a way that the opponent is not able to play a valid return.
The player who is unable to return the ball validly will not gain a point, while the opposite player will.
Tennis is an Olympic sport and is played at all levels of society and at all ages. The sport can be played by
anyone who can hold a racket, including wheelchair users. The modern game of tennis originated in Birmingham,
England, in the late 19th century as lawn tennis. It had close connections both to various field
(lawn) games such as croquet and bowls as well as to the older racket sport today called real tennis.

Volleyball

Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score
points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part
of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the
programme at the Atlanta 1996. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting
volleyball. The complete set of rules is extensive, but play essentially proceeds
as follows: a player on one of the teams begins a 'rally' by serving the ball (tossing or releasing
it and then hitting it with a hand or arm), from behind the back boundary line of the court, over the net, and into
the receiving team's court. The receiving team must not let the ball be grounded
within their court. The team may touch the ball up to three times to return the ball to the other side of the court,
but individual players may not touch the ball twice consecutively.Typically, the first
two touches are used to set up for an attack. An attack is an attempt to direct the ball back over
the net in such a way that the team receiving the ball is unable to pass the ball and continue the rally,
thus, losing the point. The team that wins the rally is awarded a point and serves the ball to start
the next rally. A few of the most common faults include:

The Shawshank Redemption

The Shawshank Redemption is a 1994 American drama film written and directed by Frank Darabont,
based on the 1982 Stephen King novella Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption. It tells the story of banker
Andy Dufresne (Tim Robbins), who is sentenced to life in Shawshank State Penitentiary for the murders of his
wife and her lover, despite his claims of innocence. Over the following two decades,
he befriends a fellow prisoner, contraband smuggler Ellis "Red" Redding (Morgan Freeman),
and becomes instrumental in a money-laundering operation led by the prison warden Samuel Norton (Bob Gunton).
William Sadler, Clancy Brown, Gil Bellows, and James Whitmore appear in supporting roles.
Darabont purchased the film rights to King's story in 1987, but development
did not begin until five years later, when he wrote the script over an eight-week period.
Two weeks after submitting his script to Castle Rock Entertainment, Darabont secured a $25 million budget to
produce The Shawshank Redemption, which started pre-production in January 1993. While the film is set in Maine,
principal photography took place from June to August 1993 almost entirely in Mansfield, Ohio,
with the Ohio State Reformatory serving as the eponymous penitentiary. The project attracted many stars of
the time for the role of Andy, including Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise, and Kevin Costner. Thomas Newman provided the
film's score.

Paramount Pictures obtained the rights to the novel for the price of $80,000, before it gained popularity.
Studio executives had trouble finding a director; the first few candidates turned down the position before Coppola
signed on to direct the film but disagreement followed over casting several characters, in particular, Vito and
Michael. Filming took place primarily on location around New York City and in Sicily, and was completed ahead of
schedule. The musical score was composed principally by Nino Rota, with additional pieces by Carmine Coppola.

Ideas for a film about the Schindlerjuden (Schindler Jews) were proposed as early as 1963. Poldek Pfefferberg,

marijuana. While sitting in the parking lot before taking their "THC" (Testing for Higher Credentials, a parody of the SAT and an allusion to tetrahydrocannabinol) exams for college, Silas has his
marijuana but no cigar while Jamal has a cigar but nothing left to smoke, leading them to team up in Silas's car.
They soon discover that smoking Silas's new batch summons the ghost of the recently deceased Ivory, visible to

It is based on the 1979 novel Nothing Lasts Forever by Roderick Thorp, and it stars Bruce Willis, Alan Rickman,

Stuart was hired by 20th Century Fox to adapt Thorp's novel into a screenplay in 1987. His finished
draft was greenlit immediately by Fox, who were eager for a summer blockbuster the
following year. The role of McClane was turned down by a host of the decade's most popular actors, including Arnold
Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone. Known mainly for work on television, Willis was paid $5 million for his involvement, placing him among Hollywood's highest-paid actors. The deal was seen as a poor investment by
industry professionals and attracted significant controversy before its release. Filming took place
between November 1987 and March 1988, on a $25 million–$35 million budget and almost entirely on location
in and around Fox Plaza in Los Angeles.

Matrix

as an energy source. When computer programmer Thomas Anderson, under the hacker alias "Neo", uncovers
the truth, he "is drawn into a rebellion against the machines" along with other people who have been freed from the Matrix.
The Matrix is an example of the cyberpunk subgenre of science fiction.
The Wachowskis' approach to action scenes was influenced by Japanese animation
and martial arts films, and the film's use of fight choreographers and wire fu techniques from Hong Kong
action cinema influenced subsequent Hollywood action film productions. The film popularized a visual effect
known as "bullet time", in which the heightened perception of certain characters is represented by allowing the
action within a shot to progress in slow-motion while the camera appears to move through the scene at normal speed,
allowing the sped-up movements of certain characters to be perceived normally.

the project from Wallace, but when MGM was going through new management, Ladd left the studio and took the project
with him. Despite initially declining, Gibson eventually decided to direct the film, as well as star as Wallace.
Braveheart was filmed in Scotland and Ireland from June to October 1994 with a budget around $65–70 million.
